Click & Collect provides you with a more convenient way to collect your Midas online orders. With Click and Collect you can place your orders online and collect them at a Midas store of your choice.

Click & Collect is a free service for all our consumers; therefore we do not charge any shipping costs. All you have to do is collect from a store of your choice.

To use our Click and Collect service, simply select this option during the checkout at the delivery stage and select your desired store. For further information on how to place an order, please do refer to our ‘HOW TO...’video.

The Midas Click & Collect site is accessible using smartphones.

If you have previously purchased on the Click & Collect site, then you may have opted to create a personal account in our system. If so, you can access this account by entering your email address and password that you registered when you created the account then clicking on the “Sign In” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen.

The information that you submit onto the site will not be used for any other purpose other than processing the transaction and providing feedback on the tracking of the items purchased. We comply with the POPI act therefore the information that we do not use we will not require from you.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging your order, which will contain your order number for reference.

An email notification will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection in your chosen store.

On receipt of the notification the consumer calls at the store at their leisure to collect already paid for product. Please ensure you take your delivery confirmation email indicating your order has been received in store, with you. You can provide either a print-out or the original email on your smartphone.

Place your order and it will be ready in four working days, and collect it in your chosen store (We advise you to check the opening day and hours of the store). Please note we do not make delivery during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Public holidays.

If you place an order the day before or during public holiday and weekend, please allow 2 or 3 additional working days for the delivery of your parcel in store. Please note that if the collection date indicated in your shipment confirmation email falls on a Public Holiday, your delivery shall be expected on the next working day. Please note that the information given acts as a guideline only. Please refer to the last delivery confirmation email which confirms that your order has been received in store before coming to the store to pick up your parcel.

If you are unable to collect your order within 7 days this will be returned back to us and a refund processed which will take up to 4 calendar days. If you are not able to collect your order yourself, you can ask someone to collect it on your behalf. However please note that they will need a copy of your delivery confirmation email as well as the name of the receiver. These would need to be presented to our store advisor when collecting the order. Please refer to the delivery confirmation email which confirms that your order has been received in store before coming to the store to pick up your parcel.
